Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to all products, programs, courses, memberships, coaching services, digital resources and events offered by Stephanie Rigg International Pty Ltd (ACN 652 667 500) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By clicking “Buy”, “Purchase”, “Enroll”, “Sign Up” or similar, or by completing payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide online education, coaching, digital programs, live and recorded calls, workshops, and related resources (“Services”) as described on our website(s), including stephanierigg.com and associated platforms.

We will deliver the Services as described at the time of purchase. We may update, modify, substitute, or change the delivery method of the Services where reasonably necessary, provided the overall value of the Services is not materially reduced.

2. Lifetime Access

If a product is described as including “lifetime access”, this means access for as long as the product remains available for sale.

We may update, replace, or discontinue products, programs, platforms, or delivery methods from time to time.

If we intend to withdraw a product that includes lifetime access, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a reasonable opportunity to download a copy of the relevant materials for personal use, unless continued access is not reasonably practicable.

3. Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.

  • Our Services are educational and coaching-based only and do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.

  • We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

  • Coaching and education may involve personal topics (including relationships, emotions, work, health, or finances), but how you apply the information is entirely your choice and responsibility.

4. Results Disclaimer

All testimonials and reviews shared are true accounts from past students or clients and reflect their individual experiences.

Results vary, and while many people find our work deeply supportive, we make no guarantees about outcomes or transformations. Your experience will depend on your personal circumstances and how you engage with and apply the material.

5. Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You authorise us (via our payment processor) to automatically charge each instalment on the agreed schedule.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current.

  • Missed or failed payments may result in immediate suspension of access until payment is brought up to date.

You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

You must not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us. Unauthorised chargebacks may be referred for debt recovery.

6. Refunds

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law or expressly indicated by us, all purchases are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

7. Live Calls & Group Sessions

Where Services include live or group calls:

  • Dates and times are set by us and may vary to accommodate global time zones.

  • No refunds or credits are provided if you are unable to attend.

  • Calls may be recorded and made available to participants or reused in future programs or training.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including videos, audio, workbooks, text, recordings and resources) remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use the materials for your own personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or make public any content without our written permission.

9. Recordings & Media Use

By participating in live calls, programs, or events, you consent to being recorded (audio and/or video).

Unless you notify us in writing prior to participation, we may use recordings, screenshots, or excerpts for training, educational, or marketing purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service.

Participation in our Services is voluntary and at your own risk.

11. Non-Transferability

Your purchase is for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to another person.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your purchase and supersede all prior communications.
